To inform tribal citizens of the Tribe’s CSBG application for

FY 2010 and their opportunity to review and provide

Indian Tribes/Tribal Organizations may apply for funding

under the Community Services Block Grant Act by submitting

an application that meets the requirements of Sections 676

On or before September 1, 2009, the Tribe will submit a

grant application to the Office of Community Services at the

US Department of Health and Human Services for funding

under the above referenced grant program. The Tribe’s

application and plan are available at the tribal headquarters

for review and comment during normal business hours of

9am-5pm, Monday-Friday. Persons interested in reviewing

and commenting on the document should review and provide
